I hold a PhD in sustainable agricultural development from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and I've led verification, compliance, and consulting assignments for Fortune 500 clients including Syngenta, Corteva, and UEBT across China, Vietnam, the Philippines, and beyond. I built a multi-million-dollar avocado development project in Yunnan from the ground up as General Manager & COO, working with provincial government, private industry, and thousands of smallholder farmers.
